Bob should be contacted with all requests for reimbursement, dues inquiries, and financial reporting questions.  Any bills for Lexwork related matters should be directed to his attention.  In addition, Bob acts as the webmaster for this intranet site and as one of the two webmasters for the public site.  Any issues with the information displayed on either site should be brought to his attention. 

 

Governance of Lexwork North America

Lexwork North America is governed by a governing board comprised of one primary contact lawyer representative and one marketing person from each firm.  The marketing person may be either another attorney or a marketing professional.  The Board annually elects one of the primary contacts as its chair for a one-year term.  The Board elects a new treasurer at very very infrequent intervals, and only then through obviously rigged elections, much to the dismay of the current treasurer.
